Introducing the Mantor Foreskin Restorer

When it comes to foreskin restoration, there are many devices to choose from. As more people have become interested in restoration, more research has been conducted, and more contraptions have been developed.

I use the word “contraptions” because what’s amazing is that most of this research has been conducted by DIY enthusiasts without the aid of medical industry dollars. The result has been an intriguing set of ideas, theories and devices.

Some of these work better than others, depending on how much skin you have to start with, but all rely on the proven fact that it is in fact possible to regrow skin. Note here the word “grow”. These techniques are not about “stretching” the skin, so much as holding it under tension so that the skin cells are forced to divide, thus providing additional skin through cell division.

This technique has been employed successfully for years by burn victims who typically grow additional skin on their backs using a balloon-style mechanism placed under the skin. This balloon is gradually expanded over a period of weeks and months and eventually the new skin is later harvested to graft onto affected sites.

The same principle is at work when it comes to foreskin restoration. A device holds the foreskin under tension, until the skin is forced to respond with cell division to reduce the tension. And it works – although it can take many years to grow sufficient skin to completely cover the glans of the penis. This is because foreskin restoration devices are usually only worn for a few hours each day, whereas burn victims will have their “balloon” working 24 hours a day for several weeks until the job is complete.

The main issue with this type of restoration is that the foreskin is much more complex than most people realize. The skin is composed of different kinds of tissue. And because it has already been removed, the tip of the foreskin cannot be cloned by stretching it. Instead, the skin of the shaft is what gets cloned and this has a slightly different quality than actual foreskin. It contains fewer nerve endings for example and is less sensitive. It is also less elastic and doesn’t provide a true “purse string” closure that a real foreskin would. Still, the results are usually very acceptable, particularly if the skin from the upper portion of the shaft is cloned.

As for foreskin restoration methods and devices, there are many to consider, and these have been covered elsewhere. I’ve tried various methods over the years, and I’d like to recommend my new favorite. It’s called the Mantor Restorer.

Simply put, the Mantor restorer is primarily a bi-directional skin tensioner which works by pushing the glans of the penis in one direction and pulling the shaft sin in the opposite direction, so that tension is created. It’s the latest incarnation of “dual tension” rod stretching (DTR) and the inventor has carefully tweaked earlier incarnations of the same idea to produce what is probably the most sophisticated and up to date device on the market.

On the down side, you do need a little skin to get started. If your circumcision is very tight you may need to begin with manual stretching for a few months, but once you have a little skin you can switch over and let the device do the work. It’s much more comfortable than earlier versions, thanks to the softer push plate which means it can be worn for longer periods of time. So what are you waiting for? Together the Mantor and Dew Serum will have you restored to your former glory!~
